SURVEYING
Surveying any Ship or Yacht requires the Surveyor to understand why the vessel is being surveyed and what information is required. The Survey will then be tailored to match the Client's requirements but does not replace Surveys conducted by a Flag State or Classification Society.
Pre-Purchase/ Condition Survey
Whatever the size of the yacht the perspective Owner wants to make sure that they are getting what they expected. The Surveyor will assess the status of the yacht and report on what he has found and provide any recommendations to help confirm the status of the yacht.
damage Survey
There is a legal requirement for vessels to be insured, therefore whenever an accident or incident occurs the Insurance Company will require a Surveyor to attend. The surveyor will have a limited scope to establish the extent and value of the damage.
